Payment and Shipping Information
Horn's Custom Rifle's is a licensed type 07 dealer
and manufacturer located in Flagstaff Arizona.
Your satisfaction is our primary concern, but quality takes
time
How
will you accept payment?
Cash,. money order or cashier's check.
NO Personal checks. All checks must clear the bank before
shipment can be made.
When
will you expect payment?
Bluing and work of relatively short duration
- please remit full payment with order.
Work of long duration - please remit a deposit of at least
50% of the order total. The balance will be due upon completion
of the order. Balance to be paid within 90 days after notification
of completion.
Shipping
your gun
DO NOT ship any gun to us without prior arrangement. Horn's
will not be held responsible for guns lost or damaged in shipment.
It IS legal for a gun owner to ship his gun to a gunsmith
for repairs or alterations. The gun may also be returned to
the owner. Please note that the gun must be returned to the
address that we receive it from. Therefore, if you ship the
gun from a packaging service such as "Mail Box",
by law, it must be returned to that address.
The gun should be packed securely in a hard case, preferably
with the case inside of a plain cardboard box or a very sturdy
double box. Horn's will not be held responsible for guns damaged
in shipment. INSURE your packages. Address parcels to "Chris
Horn" so no reference is made to the contents and please
insure for actual replacement value, including all contents
and the case it is mailed in.
For fastest possible shipment, please include a money order
or cashier's check. NO Personal checks. All checks must clear
the bank before shipment can be made.

you ship my gun Cash On Delivery (COD)?
No COD orders
What
will I need to do to buy a gun in Arizona?
In Arizona any resident over 18 can purchase
a long gun (rifle or shotgun), or if over 21 may purchase
a handgun in person, for themselves, after meeting the requirements
of the ATF form 4473 which we have and you can fill out in
our shop or at the gun shows then pass an instant background
check. The process takes usually between 5 to 20 minutes depending
on circumstances and the day.
You'll need a government issued ID that shows your
photo and current physical residence address. A photo ID with
a PO or HC Box #, or with an old address is NOT valid and
must be supplemented by additional government issued ID with
your current residence address.
Is
my personal information kept private?
Yes, all personal information given to us is
kept private, it is never offered, loaned or sold to a third
party or anyone who might request it..
Do I have to pay sales tax?
All firearms shipped out side the state of Arizona
do not have sales tax collected on the purchase. We are required
to collect sales tax in the state of Arizona. All over the
counter, gun show and in-state (AZ) sales require the local
sales tax to be added to the total purchase price.
